 TERMS 
A deposit of $250.00 for Group Bat Mitzvah is required. The balance may be paid in a maximum of 4 installments by March 1, 2025. In the event of cancellation of this contract by the Lessee, the deposit will be forfeited to Congregation Beth Tikvah. 
Both Parties agree to have this contract drawn up in English. Les deux partis consentent a ce que ce contrat soit rédige en anglais.
